Khelaghor gift cards are built for digital delivery, scheduled sending, and fast redemption at checkout on eligible marketplace purchases.
Buying and sending a gift card
Gift cards are intended to be purchased digitally and delivered electronically. Where supported, buyers may choose the recipient details, gift amount, and message information during checkout. Some flows may also allow scheduled delivery for a future date.
Khelaghor may limit available gift card amounts, purchase frequency, or total value to reduce fraud and maintain payment security. The final card value and any applicable conditions are shown during purchase.
How redemption works
A gift card balance can be redeemed on eligible orders through the Khelaghor checkout flow. If the order total exceeds the available balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another supported payment method.
If the order total is lower than the gift card balance, the unused amount may remain associated with the gift card or account for later use, depending on how the redemption system is configured.
Limits, exclusions, and expiry conditions
Gift cards may be restricted from use on certain categories, promotional combinations, or non-product fees if those restrictions are shown at purchase or redemption. Khelaghor may also restrict gift card use where fraud checks, account review, or legal requirements apply.
Any validity period, inactivity rule, minimum or maximum balance condition, or redemption restriction shown when the card is purchased controls that card. If no separate period is displayed, the card remains governed by the general platform terms and applicable law.
Refunds, cancellations, and replacements
Gift card purchases are generally treated as final once the card has been issued or delivered, except where a cancellation is allowed before issuance, a technical failure occurs, or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Lost, misdirected, or compromised gift cards may be replaced only after balance ownership, delivery status, and fraud risk are reviewed. Khelaghor may refuse replacement when misuse, unauthorized sharing, or suspicious activity is detected.
Fraud, misuse, and account review
Gift cards may not be resold, converted into cash where not allowed, used for unlawful activity, or obtained through stolen payment methods. Transactions linked to unusual purchase patterns or account behavior may be delayed, canceled, or limited for security review.
Khelaghor reserves the right to void or suspend a gift card balance if the original purchase is reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid under platform policy.
